Annual Fee:

The annual fee includes;

  • Set-up & maintenance of the general e-Admissions database for 12 months

  • Development and inclusion of customized style sheet (basic school color palette & logo) onto e-Admissions login page

  • General data collection fields for registering student

  • General data collection fields for registering parents/guardians

  • General data collection fields for emergency contact

  • Up to 2 custom data collection fields, using simple logic

  • Auto-fill of form templates by generating PDF documents with interactive data from collected fields

  • Flexible online data search & export

    • Development of unique PDF forms used to document the registration process and obtain appropriate signatures to be auto-filled with interactive data from collected fields

  • Custom Report Generation $ 75.00 per hr

    • Development of unique database collection fields, which may include complex logic (concurrent, constraint, higher-order, etc.)

  • Custom Data Export/Import $ 75.00 per hr

    • Custom importing of data into e-Admissions application and/or exporting of collected data in specialized formatting (standard *.csv export included at no additional fee)

  • Data Input $ 20.00 per hr

    • Custom data inputting and/or database management assistance
